How long does onboarding take?

Typically 7–10 days for Tier 1, and up to 30 days for Tier 2 (including full system handover).

Do I need to supply equipment or software?

No – we provide equipment and basic tools. You just provide access to any specific software you use.

Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 later?

Yes – we make it easy to scale as your business grows.

What if my VA isn’t working out?

We’ll handle any performance issues and can provide a replacement if needed. You’ll be able to interview and select from a number of candidates to make sure you have the right person for your business (Tier 1).

Are your staff trained in the cleaning industry?

Yes – all staff go through cleaning-specific training, so they understand the workflows, terminology, and client expectations. Our comprehensive onboarding checklist means we understand and learn your operating procedures so we can follow your systems accurately. 

What time zones do you support?

We align to your local time (Mon–Fri, 9–5) – wherever you’re based.

Can I have more than one VA or a hybrid setup?

Yes – we support multi-VA and mixed model setups (e.g., one dedicated, one managed).

Is there a contract?

Yes, Tier 1 – 6 months and then rolling monthly with a 30-day cancellation policy. Tier 2 is 1 year, with a 30-day cancellation policy.

How do I pay?

We take 1 month upfront as a deposit and then you pay a month in advance, so billing is 1st of each month for that month.
